Derek A., CEO
Derek Anderson, CEO, Derek is an accomplished entrepreneur and well-traveled businessman, prides himself in his ability to think outside the box and create revenue streams in areas where most would feel they have exhausted. Derek has been on the wellness path for decades. Since graduating from Boston College, he has had many years of successful experience within the wellness industry. Derek has since grown his extensive celebrity clientele that he uses to invest into real estate properties. His extensive knowledge in finances makes him a crucial asset when controlling profit margins.
Ursula Rochon, CFO
Ursula T. Rochon, was born and raised in New Orleans. Great Great niece of Rosette Rochon, first black female millionaire in New Orleans, has followed in her footsteps. Rosette Rochon, first female developer in New Orleans coined the term “Creole Cottage,” built much of the French Quarter. Daughter of Gregory Rochon and avid real estate investor and electrical engineer, graduated from Tulane University. Throughout her career she has merged her love for art and design with real estate. She started in fix and flips and soon found herself consulting for larger program such as Baore in Tulum, Mexico. Ursula founded Rochon Development Group in 2018, and immediately began designing and developing fix and flips. Her love for the design aspect branched into multi-unit developments and eventually raw land builds focused on natural aesthetics and recyclable uses. Living through Hurricane Katrina taught Ursula the importance of preparedness and infrastructure which has followed her through each development.
Prior to real estate as expected of a proud New Orleans native, Ursula Theresa Rochon found a calling to the arts at a young age and nurtured that beckoning through years of training, discipline, and experience. She studied fine art under the tutelage of Valerie Gourrier, Ron Bechet, John Scott though Xavier Preparatory Academy, Xavier University, and Tulane University and eventually crafted a style all her own. As a full-time working mother of two, she developed an acute taste of creativity through adversity and painted her expressions amidst the backdrop of her city’s profound culture. After years of witnessing some of New Orleans’ most artistic minds fall victim to lack of a creative outlet, she eventually left her success as a luxury retail business manager to pursue the desire to aid those less fortunate. This transformation delivered New Orleans’ first free art therapy space for at-risk youth, The Color Gallery. The Color Gallery operates as a free space for young children desiring to excel. As the Chief Executive Officer & Director, Ursula teaches, mentors, and transforms each of her students into confident artistic scholars and offers her acquired guidance to every child in need of a voice through her brush and canvas.
